Empowerment. Freedom. Simplicity.
In meinen Yoga-Stunden steht eines im Mittelpunkt: Empowerment. Es geht nicht nur darum, den Körper zu bewegen, sondern darum, tief in deine eigene Kraft einzutauchen, Klarheit zu finden und innere Stärke zu entwickeln – auf der Matte und im Alltag.
Für mich bedeutet Empowerment Freiheit – die Freiheit, sich selbst zu erkennen, seine eigene Kraft zu spüren und mutig den eigenen Weg zu gehen. Wenn wir uns selbst ermächtigen, lösen wir uns von Begrenzungen und schaffen Raum für Wachstum, Klarheit und innere Stärke.
Und Freiheit fühle ich, wenn ich barfuss am Strand sitze, tief im Wald atme oder den Glühwürmchen inmitten von Reisfeldern zuschaue. Die Natur zeigt mir immer wieder, was Einfachheit wirklich bedeutet – zurück zu den Grundlagen, zu dem, was uns erdet und inspiriert.
